Seeking a detail-oriented Account Coordinator. This role is vital in ensuring a smooth and efficient sales and production process by providing administrative and customer service support. You’ll assist Account Executives (AEs) and other team members from order entry through project completion, helping maintain strong client relationships and accurate project flow.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support Account Executives with administrative tasks throughout the sales process
• Screen incoming calls and manage client communications
• Enter, proofread, and process customer orders accurately
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely project execution
• Maintain organized project files, shipping reports, and customer records
• Follow up with clients regarding order status, quotes, and reorders
• Research similar or past projects for quoting and pricing accuracy
• Prepare licensing, trademark, and manufacturing paperwork as needed
• Monitor shipping schedules and file shipping quotes
• Provide coverage and support in the absence of assigned AEs
• Maintain CRM records and update customer profiles regularly
• Handle catalog and sample requests, ensuring prompt fulfillment
• Assist in customer service and outreach initiatives

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a sales support, customer service, or administrative role preferred
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and shared file platforms
• Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
