We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Care Coordinator to join our team. This role is primarily responsible for managing incoming calls, assisting customers with orders and inquiries, and ensuring timely and accurate order processing. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable handling a high volume of customer interactions with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
-Answer 50–100 incoming phone calls per day in a courteous and professional manner
-Assist customers with placing orders, answering questions, and addressing general inquiries
-Accurately write down and process customer orders
-Submit orders for processing and schedule fulfillment as needed
-Research and review previous orders to assist customers or resolve issues
-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
-Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely service

Qualifications:
-Prior experience in customer service, sales, or order processing roles
-Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills
-Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
-Proficient with computers and basic office software (e.g., MS Office, order entry systems)
-Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure in a high-call-volume environment
