We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to support the financial operations of our manufacturing facility. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and assisting the accounting team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
-Process invoices, purchase orders, and payments in a timely manner
-Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and compliance
-Enter financial data into accounting systems and maintain organized records
-Assist with monthly bank reconciliations and reporting
-Support the accounting team with audits, documentation, and general administrative tasks
-Ensure adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or data entry
-Knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
-Proficient in Sage
