Academic Business Specialist
Pay: $25.29 per hour

Join our Academic Affairs team as a Academic Business Specialist, where you will play a key role in supporting leadership with budgets, reporting, and important academic processes. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys analytical work, is highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced administrative environment.
What You’ll Do:
-Help develop, track, and manage budgets for the Academic Affairs division.
-Prepare financial and statistical reports used for planning and decision-making.
-Support faculty compensation processes, including payroll updates and annual reviews.
-Maintain accurate data and assist with reports using tools like Excel, Workday, and Power BI.
-Coordinate special academic projects and keep leadership informed with timely updates.
-Provide reliable administrative support while handling confidential information with professionalism.
What We’re Looking For:
-Associate’s degree and five years of related administrative or financial experience, or equivalent.
-Strong Excel skills and experience working with systems like Workday.
-Someone who is organized, analytical, and comfortable working with numbers and detailed data.
-A clear communicator who can manage multiple deadlines and projects.
-A professional who handles sensitive information with discretion.
