The AVP, Learning and Development Facilitator will design, deliver, and evaluate effective training programs tailored to adult learners, using diverse methodologies to meet employee needs. This role involves assessing and improving operational processes with senior management to ensure consistency and quality in training services. Responsibilities include developing and organizing training for new and existing staff, testing new tools, and enhancing existing programs. Candidates should have a four-year degree or equivalent, proficiency in MS Office, LMS, and virtual platforms, plus 5–6 years in financial operations and 3–4 years in supervisory or facilitation roles within banking. Strong communication, virtual training delivery, content creation (using Articulate 360), coaching, and analytical skills are essential.
