Aerospace Assembler
Location: Oxnard, CA
Pay: $22-25/hr DOE
Shift: 1st shift
We are currently seeking dependable and detail-oriented Assemblers to support the production of high-quality aerospace components. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong mechanical aptitude, experience working to precise specifications, and a commitment to quality and safety. Candidates with IPC J-STD Certification are highly encouraged to apply, as this is considered a major plus.
Qualifications
• Previous assembly experience in aerospace, electronics, medical device, or manufacturing environments preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and meet production deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• IPC J-STD Certification is a HUGE plus.
• Soldering experience and familiarity with IPC standards are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
• Assemble aerospace products, components, and subassemblies according to work instructions, engineering drawings, and specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, and manufacturing instructions.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and other production equipment to complete assemblies accurately.
• Inspect parts and finished assemblies to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
• Identify and report defective materials, assembly issues, or equipment concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following company and OSHA safety guidelines.
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and workmanship.
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing completed products for shipment as needed.
• Support inventory and material handling activities to ensure efficient production flow.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to continuously improve processes and productivity.
