Assembler


-The role:
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented General Assembler to join a growing manufacturing team. This role is responsible for assembling products and components according to specifications while maintaining quality, productivity, and safety standards. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, works well in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to producing high-quality work.


-Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble products, components, and subassemblies according to work instructions, blueprints, and production schedules.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments to complete assembly tasks accurately.
• Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Read and interpret assembly drawings, work orders, and manufacturing instructions.
• Identify and report defective materials, equipment issues, or production concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing products for shipment as needed.
• Support inventory control by accurately handling materials and components.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve production efficiency and workflow.
