Buscamos Asistente de Gerente para Fast Food en Carolina, Bayamón y Guaynabo
TAREAS:
• Supervisar al personal durante el turno asignado
• Apoyar en la preparación y manejo de turnos
• Realizar cuadre de caja y preparar depósitos
• Velar por el cumplimiento de los estándares de limpieza y servicio al clientw
• Atender cualquier situación con los clientes que surja durante el turno
• Brindar apoyo al gerente
HORARIO: Disponibilidad para trabajar turnos rotativos:
- Apertura: 5:00 a.m. a 1:00 p.m.
- Cierre: 4:00 p.m. a 1:00 a.m.
SALARIO: $13.50 por hora | Overtime: $20.25 por hora
REQUISITOS:
• Haber tenido experiencia previa en cuadre de caja, coordinación de horarios o supervisión de personal
• Disponibilidad para trabajar turnos rotativos para apertura y cierre de sucursal
• Buena actitud, compromiso y responsabilidad
• Habilidad para trabajar en equipo
