We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk with 1-2 years of experience to support a busy accounting team with high-volume invoicing. This temporary opportunity offers competitive pay, a flexible start time. Responsibilities
Pay: Up to $23.00/hour
Schedule:
Full-time, 8-hour shifts with flexible start times (7:00 AM or 8:00 AM)
Location: In-office

Requirements
1-2 years of Accounts Receivable, Billing, Invoicing, or Accounting Clerk experience
Experience processing high volumes of invoices 200-300 a week Aprox
Proficiency using accounting or ERP software
Experience with Famous Software preferred
Strong data entry and accuracy skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Process approximately 200-300 invoices per week
Review invoices for accuracy and completeness
Enter and maintain invoice records within the accounting system
Assist with Accounts Receivable functions and invoice tracking
Resolve discrepancies and support payment processing activities
Maintain organized and accurate financial records
Work closely with team members to ensure timely invoicing
Support additional accounting administrative tasks as needed
