What you’ll do:
- Manage the full AR cycle for business clients, including invoicing, payment posting, and collections
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding outstanding balances
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Work closely with Sales and Operations teams to ensure accurate billing and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate AR records and assist with month-end close
What you bring:
- 2+ years of B2B Accounts Receivable experience
- Strong Excel skills and comfort with accounting software
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple accounts and deadlines
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s preferred
