What You’ll Do
Manage full-cycle Accounts Receivable processes
Evaluate and approve customer creditworthiness
Handle collections with a relationship-first approach (payment plans, follow-ups, account resolution)
Communicate with customers regarding invoices, balances, and courtesy copies
Deliver a high-level customer service experience
Follow and help improve standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Partner with internal teams to resolve billing and account issues
What You Bring
Strong foundation in AR, credit, and collections fundamentals
Ability to balance collections with customer retention
Solid critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Experience working within and following SOPs
Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Nice to Have
Experience with high-value or premium products/services
Exposure to process improvement or SOP creation
