AppleOne is assisting a client in the North Palm Beach area in hiring an AR/Billing Specialist to join their team!

This is a temporary to hire position for the right candidate! Pay is up to $25/hr

Job Details
The Billing Specialist role is responsible for customer service with a focus on attention to detail and time management, this role holder will be the guiding hand as we deliver billing on behalf of our clients

Key Accountabilities
• Post client payments daily by recording checks, wires and credit card transactions
• Work with other departments to ensure all services are being billed accurately and timely
• Responsible for issuing invoices on daily, weekly, monthly or client specific basis
• Monitor client account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
• Review status of delinquent accounts and initiate appropriate action by contacting each account (verbal/email)
• Research and negotiate disputed charges and chargeback claims

Education / Qualifications / Accreditation / Licensing
• High School Diploma
• 1 year of Collections and Accounts Receivables experience (invoicing, client relationship building)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, both verbal and written
• Intermediate Excel
