A/P, A/R, payroll support and handling clerical tasks.

Responsibilities

Accounts Payable:
o Set up and maintain Vendor files
o Processes invoices for payments, maintain purchase order files
o Mail checks and file paperwork
o Enter document information on vendor log, keep current forms in binder
o Maintain and update company credit information with vendors.

Accounts Receivable:
o Review billing
o Communicate with clients as needed.
o Reconcile invoice discrepancies

Support Tasks:
o Help in creating Accounting / Admin binders
o Help maintain and organize accounting storage boxes, cycle boxes in storage unit
o Assist in processing and mailing year-end tax forms: W-2, 1099, and 1096

Position Qualifications:
AA degree
Understanding of debits, credits, general ledger accounts

Skills/Abilities:
Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills; well versed in Excel and Word
