AP Specialist (FLC)
Location: Bakersfield, CA
Pay: $23.00 - $25.50/hr DOE

Join a growing agricultural company and put your Accounts Payable expertise to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment! We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist (FLC) to support the processing of Farm Labor Contractor invoices and payments.
REQUIRED
Must have 3 years of consecutive recent AP experience
Must have Agriculture or Farm Labor Contractor (FLC)
Strong Microsoft Excel skills required
50+ WPM Typing Speed
Responsibilities:
Review and process a high volume of Farm Labor Contractor (FLC) invoices in a timely manner
Audit labor documentation to ensure accuracy of crew hours, rates, and charges
Match invoices with supporting records and approvals prior to payment processing
Allocate expenses to the appropriate ranches, departments, and GL accounts
Communicate with field operations, payroll, and accounting teams to resolve discrepancies
Monitor invoice status and follow up on missing documentation as needed
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls
Assist with AP reporting, reconciliations, and month-end accounting activitiesSupport special projects and process improvement initiatives within the accounting department
