We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our construction company. The ideal candidate will bring strong A/P experience, excellent organizational skills, and a solid understanding of accounting processes within the construction industry.

Responsibilities:
Process and track vendor invoices and payments
Reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Support the month-end close process
Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams
Assist with general accounting duties as needed
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
At least 2 years of focused Accounts Payable experience
Familiarity with Procore and/or cost accounting is highly preferred
Excellent time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication
