Salary: $100,000–$110,000
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

If you are a driven AP leader ready to take ownership of a department and elevate financial operations, this opportunity is for you!! We’re looking for a high-energy, detail-driven Accounts Payable Manager to lead AP operations, elevate processes, and mentor a talented team. This is a hands-on leadership role supporting financial accuracy and operational excellence across multiple entities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop the AP team
Manage full-cycle AP and payment processing
Support monthly/quarterly/year-end close
Review AP registers & ensure timely, accurate payments
Strengthen policies, procedures, and internal controls
Support annual audits and reconciliations
Drive automation and process improvements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
5+ years of supervisory AP/AR/GL experience
Advanced Excel + ERP experience (Oracle preferred)
Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
Comp Range: $100K–$110K + potential discretionary bonus
