Are you an experienced Accounts Payable professional looking for a dynamic, hybrid role where you can lead process improvements, manage key projects, and work cross-functionally with internal and international teams? We’re seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Manager to join a high-performing financial operations team supporting over 240+ Homeowners Associations properties.
This is an individual contributor role — you won’t have direct reports, but you will manage critical daily functions and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of HOA and AP processes.
Coordinate with the AP support team in the Philippines and internal departments for issue resolution.
Manage 1099 reporting and the process, ensuring timely and accurate compliance.
Administer and oversee corporate expense card programs (American Express, PCard).
Work closely with Treasury and vendors to resolve payment inquiries and optimize payment methods.
Identify and implement process improvements, fraud controls, and rebate opportunities.
Ensure all AP activities align with company policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.
Serve as a point of contact for project-based AP needs including new site setups and reporting.
Create and manage KPI tracking and fraud metric reporting.
Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain vendor payment strategy integrity.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s Degree required
APM (Accounts Payable Manager) certification preferred
7–10 years of AP experience; 5 years in a leadership capacity strongly preferred
Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems (PeopleSoft and Oracle a plus)
Knowledge of 1099 compliance, unclaimed property/escheatment processes
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment
Experience managing KPIs and fraud metrics related to AP functions
