We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Accounts Payable Clerk / Front Desk Associate. This full-time, hourly role combines high-volume accounts payable processing with front desk responsibilities, serving as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and thrives in a dynamic environment while maintaining exceptional accuracy and professionalism.

Key responsibilities include reviewing, coding, and entering invoices; processing payments via check, ACH, and electronic transfer; reconciling vendor statements and daily transactions; and assisting with month-end close. The role also supports vendor communication, maintains accurate records, and ensures compliance with company policies. Front desk duties include greeting guests, answering and directing calls, managing mail and deliveries, and maintaining a clean, organized reception area.

Qualifications include prior accounts payable or related experience, strong data entry skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). Candidates must demonstrate excellent multitasking and communication abilities. Required assessment scores: MS Excel (80% or higher) and 10-Key (8,000 KPH or higher). Standard hours are 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with a one-hour lunch break. Comprehensive benefits are included.
