5–6 Month Temporary Assignment

We’re looking for a dependable Accounts Payable Clerk to jump in and support a busy accounting team. This is a full-time, onsite role with steady hours and a great team environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Processing and coding invoices accurately and on time
Matching invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents
Resolving invoice discrepancies and assisting with vendor inquiries
Supporting check runs and payment processing
Maintaining organized AP records and files
Assisting the accounting team with day-to-day tasks

What We’re Looking For:
MUST HAVE AT least 1 year of recent Accounts Payable Clerk experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Reliable, organized, and deadline-driven
Available to start mid-January
