We’re a well-established, family-owned distributor in Chino with about 50 employees, looking for a reliable, intelligent self-starter to fill in for our Accounting Clerk temporary role to cover a leave. This is a TEMPORARY full-time, in-office role in a casual but professional setting—think jeans, boots, and a friendly work atmosphere.

What We’re Looking For:
Experience in AP/AR & (bonus: HR experience!)
Serve as the front desk receptionist—greeting visitors and answering phones
Handle office administration duties including filing, managing office supplies, and general clerical support
Assist our Controller, with accounting and HR tasks
Accounts Payable & Receivable, general bookkeeping, and inventory tracking
Prepare and process purchase orders
Handle weekly check runs and assist with general ledger account tracking
Use Agility software (similar to QuickBooks/Great Plains)—experience with any of these is a plus

Use MS Word and Excel for basic reporting and communication
Assist with payroll tasks, field HR-related questions, and help prepare for open enrollment and employee orientations

What We’re Looking For:
Experience in AP/AR, HR.
Strong organizational and note-taking skills
Basic proficiency in Word and Excel
A fast learner who is open to coaching and training
A self-motivated, dependable person who takes ownership of their work
Someone who lives near Chino and can reliably commute to the office
Professional appearance (no visible tattoos or facial piercings per company dress code)

Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience using Agility, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software
HR support or payroll experience
Experience in an office admin role in a small or family-owned business environment
