Accounts Payable Clerk
We are working with a leading aerospace manufacturing company committed to delivering high-quality products to their customers. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable (A/P) Clerk to join their team.
Responsibilities:
Process vendor invoices, including matching, batching, and coding for payment
Ensure timely and accurate entry of invoices into the accounting system
Reconcile discrepancies and work closely with vendors to resolve any billing issues
Assist with preparing payment runs and maintaining accurate A/P records
Communicate with internal departments to ensure invoice approvals
Support month-end closing activities related to accounts payable
Qualifications:
1+ year of experience in an Accounts Payable role (manufacturing or aerospace industry experience a plus)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Familiarity with invoice matching, batching, and coding processes
Excellent communication and vendor relations skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with [insert accounting software if known] is a plus
