About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable (AP/AR) Coordinator to join our growing finance team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, values accuracy, and enjoys working collaboratively across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Process and reconcile vendor invoices, payments, and employee reimbursements
Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing and collections
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Assist with month-end close and reporting
Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies
Support audits and ensure compliance with internal controls
Required Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in AP/AR or general accounting
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial systems
Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP)
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work on-site as required
