Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Clerk
Location: Shreveport, Bossier City, LA
Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Pay: $17 – $18 per hour (Based on experience)

Join Our Team!
We’re seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Clerk to support our finance department. In this role, you’ll help maintain accurate financial records, process payments and invoices, and ensure transactions are completed efficiently and on time.

What You’ll Do
Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions accurately and efficiently
Reconcile invoices, purchase orders, and payment records to ensure accuracy
Prepare, issue, and follow up on customer invoices and overdue accounts
Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records for all AP and AR activities
Assist with month-end and year-end reconciliations and financial reporting
Communicate with vendors and customers to resolve billing questions or discrepancies
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting regulations

What We’re Looking For
2–3 years of experience in an AP/AR or general accounting role (preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP (preferred)
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Professional, dependable, and team-oriented work ethic
