Looking for a skilled AI Programmer to join our innovative team and help drive the development of cutting-edge AI applications. MUST have experience in creating document review models. The ideal candidate will possess strong programming expertise, a deep understanding of AI concepts, and hands-on experience with modern AI tools, particularly with Anthropic’s Claude models. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement AI models and algorithms using Python or comparable languages like Java, C++, or R, while also developing and maintaining seamless integrations between AI applications and Salesforce via MuleSoft’s Anypoint Platform. Your responsibilities will include documenting code and development processes thoroughly to ensure clarity and maintainability, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to meet project requirements, managing version control systems such as Git, and optimizing AI systems for performance, scalability, and reliability. To succeed, you should have proven experience in AI and machine learning programming, proficiency in Python and associated libraries like TensorFlow or PyTorch, familiarity with large language models such as Claude, and prior experience with Salesforce and MuleSoft integrations. A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively are essential. A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is preferred, and relevant certifications in Salesforce or MuleSoft are a plus.
