We’re looking for an AI Ethics Specialist to ensure our AI technologies are developed and deployed responsibly. You’ll help shape ethical frameworks, assess models for fairness and bias, and collaborate across teams to guide responsible AI practices.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and apply ethical AI policies and practices.
* Assess AI systems for bias, transparency, and compliance.
* Collaborate with engineering, legal, and product teams.
* Monitor global AI regulations and ethical trends.
* Train teams on responsible AI use.
**Qualifications:**
* Degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Law, or related field.
* 3+ years in AI ethics, compliance, or related areas.
* Strong understanding of fairness, bias, and transparency in AI.
* Excellent communication and analytical skills.
**Nice to Have:**
* Experience with AI fairness tools (e.g., AIF360).
* Familiarity with AI regulations (EU AI Act, U.S. guidelines).
