ADMISSIONS ASSISTANT DIRECTOR

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Director of Admissions to support the strategic recruitment and enrollment efforts of the university. This role plays a key part in driving student enrollment, managing admissions counselors, and enhancing outreach initiatives to prospective students.

Responsibilities
Support the Director of Admissions in developing and executing recruitment strategies to meet enrollment goals
Supervise, train, and mentor Admissions Counselors and support staff
Manage assigned recruitment territories, including high school visits, college fairs, and community events

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
3–5+ years of experience in college admissions, recruitment, or higher education
Proven leadership or supervisory experience

In office Hialeah, FL.
