TITLE: ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE/COLLECTIONS
ABOUT THE JOB: Apply now! We are seeking an experienced, organized Accounts Receivable (A/R) professional. To succeed in this role, you will keep updated records of customer tax information, research and resolve customer A/R issues and place billing and collections calls. Responsibilities include management of delinquent accounts using skip-tracing methods to communicate with the customer to resolve outstanding payments and set up payment plans. Additionally, you will handle documentation management, general accounting tasks, pre-pay follow-up, collaboration, customer service and more.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or a related financial/accounting role.
• Accounting knowledge, familiarity with account reconciliation, general ledger processes. Must have professional communication and presentation with a customer-first mindset and sharp eye for detail.
• Top notch customer service skills and possess a high level of ethics, honesty, and integrity.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, time management skills and problem-solving skills
• Perform well under deadlines and can manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
