We are seeking an experienced candidate for the role of Accounts Payable Clerk for a construction company in the Central Valley. This will be within the Accounting Department focusing on Subcontracts. You will be responsible for interacting with subcontractors, field staff and internal teams in the collection and review of invoices and change orders from subcontractors on projects. You will ensure compliance by verifying invoices, change orders and billings are complete, original, signed, and accurate. This includes scanning, coding, and routing AP invoices, overseeing document workflow, tracking, matching invoices, facilitating payments to subcontractors and more.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role, preferably within a
construction or similar environment.
• Associate Degree preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 products. Construction-
based software experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, time management skills and problem-solving skills
• Performs well under deadlines and can manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-
paced environment.
• Possesses and conducts work with the highest ethical standards
• Ability to enter data accurately and efficiently into computer software and systems
• Mathematical and computational skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
