We’re seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team and support daily accounting operations.

Responsibilities:

Process and record accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions

Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts

Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred)

2+ year of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or related administrative work

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar)
Bilingual English/spanish
