Administrative Assistant – AR & Cash Posting
Location: Fort Collins, CO
Pay: $23/hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
A company in the financial industry is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with experience in Accounts Receivable and cash posting.
Responsibilities include:
-Answer and direct incoming phone calls
-Assist with inputting legal recovery payments and maintaining spreadsheets
-Support legal and AR departments with documentation and reporting
-Help prepare files for debt sales and transfer documentation
-Scan and upload bankruptcy notifications and other documents
-Respond to customer service requests via phone and email
-Complete special projects and general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
-AR and cash posting experience required
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-Proficiency in data entry and document management
