What You’ll Do: Financial Management & Reporting
Issue timely and complete financial statements and management cost reports.
Perform financial analysis as needed for pricing decisions and operational benchmarks.
Ensure all periodic reconciliations and debt payments are completed accurately and on time.
Internal Controls & Compliance
Maintain a documented system of accounting policies, procedures, and transaction controls.
Perform Sales tax, property tax statements, Business license
Monitor debt levels and ensure strict compliance with debt covenants.
Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors and the Corporate Accounting firm.
Oversee Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes.
Maintain Sales and Daily Cash Position report for Cash Flow management
Maintain Fixed Assets Ledger
Basic working knowledge of Inventory Maintenance, Costing and Reconciliation
Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of progressive accounting experience strictly within the manufacturing industry.
Technical Savvy: Strong hands-on experience with manufacturing/cost accounting, operational analysis, and external audits. Language Skills: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred.
Mindset: Highly organized, detail-oriented, with a structured approach to problem-solving and collaboration.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Prepare financial statements, cost accounting reports, and GAAP-compliant records.
- Lead AP and AR accounting operations while mentoring junior accounting staff.
- Support manufacturing cost analysis, pricing decisions, operational benchmarking, and audit preparation.
- Maintain internal controls, compliance procedures, and accurate financial reporting processes.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong hands-on experience with manufacturing accounting and cost accounting.
- Experience supporting external audits, compliance reporting, tax filings, and debt covenant requirements.
- Proven ability to supervise, train, or mentor AP and AR accounting staff.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect financial data to operational performance.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in a team-focused environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual English and Spanish skills are highly preferred.
