As a Production/Assembly Associate, you will support daily assembly, fabrication, packaging, and production goals while maintaining quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities
- Assemble, fabricate, and package products by hand according to production requirements.
- Perform manual and light mechanical assembly tasks with accuracy and consistency.
- Rotate through various production and assembly stations to support workflow needs.
- Operate basic assembly equipment as needed while following safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM.
- Location: Onsite in La Vergne, TN 37086.
- Assignment Type: Temp-to-Hire.
- Anticipated Duration: 12-month contract.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Assemble, fabricate, and package products by hand in a production environment.
- Perform manual and light mechanical assembly tasks.
- Rotate between production stations to support team productivity.
- Follow safety policies, quality expectations, and work instructions.
- 1 to 2 years of manufacturing, production, warehouse, or assembly experience preferred.
- Experience working in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks accurately.
- Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the shift.
- Ability to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Good hand dexterity for handling small parts and completing assembly work.
- Ability to communicate effectively and meet vision requirements, including close vision and focus adjustment.
- No high school diploma or GED required.
- Must be able to complete background check and standard pre-employment requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in assembly, production, packaging, or light manufacturing.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing station assignments.
- Reliable attendance and a strong commitment to workplace safety and quality.
