Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound phone calls and email communications from customers, agents, and business partners.
- Process electronic documentation, customer records, and transaction details in internal systems.
- Perform high-volume data entry while maintaining accuracy, completeness, and timely follow-up.
- Coordinate requests between internal departments and external contacts to support efficient issue resolution.
- Review and process time-sensitive transactions according to established procedures.
- Communicate professionally with internal teams and external contacts to deliver responsive service.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay range: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Location: Mount Pleasant, SC.
- Schedule: 2nd shift.
- Monday-Friday hours: 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
- Saturday-Sunday hours: 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM.
- Rotating schedule: Work 4 days, then enjoy 2 days off.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as part of the rotating schedule.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Support agent, customer, and business partner requests through phone, email, and administrative follow-up.
- Process documentation, transactions, and records with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced insurance operations environment.
- Coordinate communication between internal departments and external contacts to ensure timely resolution.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience required.
- Strong data entry and computer skills.
- Ability to type accurately, with 45-65 WPM preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy in a high-volume environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional, patient, and customer-focused approach to service.
- Dependable team player with the ability to adapt as priorities change.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in insurance, financial services, administrative support, call center operations, or transaction processing.
- Experience working 2nd shift, rotating schedules, weekends, or holidays.
- Comfort working with electronic documentation, customer records, and time-sensitive service requests.
