Key Responsibilities

- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and strong service standards.
- Respond to customer questions regarding products, services, account information, billing, payments, and order status.
- Process customer payments securely, verify billing details, and maintain accurate account records.
- Document customer interactions, update account information, and complete data entry in company systems.
- Research and resolve customer concerns, escalating complex issues to management when needed.
- Follow up with customers to confirm resolution and support a positive customer experience.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay range: $19.00 to $23.00 per hour.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.

- Ability to problem-solve, follow procedures, and escalate concerns appropriately.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in a call center or high-volume customer support environment.
- Experience handling billing, payment processing, account updates, or order status inquiries.
- Familiarity with customer account systems, CRM tools, or call center software.
