Job Summary

A growing, brand-focused organization in the trade show, events, experiential marketing, and refrigeration space is seeking an Account Executive to support client projects, operational coordination, logistics, and account activity. This is a highly visible role for someone who enjoys staying organized, communicating with clients and vendors, and helping complex projects move smoothly from planning through execution.

The Account Executive will work closely with leadership, clients, warehouses, vendors, and logistics partners while supporting trade shows, shipments, brand activations, and ongoing operational needs. This opportunity offers direct exposure to more than 40 major consumer brands, close partnership with company leadership, and a clear path to expanded client-facing Account Management responsibilities within 6 to 12 months.

Key Responsibilities

- Support leadership with scheduling, priorities, follow-up items, operational requests, and day-to-day project coordination.
- Coordinate client communications related to project status, timelines, shipments, event logistics, and deliverables.
- Assist with account management activities, client relationship support, documentation, reporting, and project tracking.
- Coordinate freight, shipping, inventory, deliveries, and logistics with warehouses, vendors, 3PL partners, and transportation providers.
- Support trade show planning, field marketing initiatives, event execution, vendor coordination, and operational projects.
- Track timelines, maintain accurate records, monitor shipment activity, and help ensure client expectations and deadlines are met.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $50,000 to $62,000 per year.
- Flexible, primarily remote work environment with occasional in-person collaboration.
- Opportunity to grow into a client-facing Account Manager role within 6 to 12 months.
- Potential for domestic and occasional international travel.
- Independent contractor arrangement with weekly invoicing and pay cycle.
- Role requires responsiveness outside traditional business hours, including evenings and occasional weekends, to support trade show schedules, shipment coordination, event execution, and client needs.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Coordinate client projects, account activity, timelines, shipment updates, and event logistics.
- Support executive-level priorities, administrative operations, documentation, and follow-up.
- Manage vendor, warehouse, freight, inventory, and 3PL coordination for events and shipments.
- Help maintain strong client relationships through responsive communication and reliable execution.

- 1 to 5 years of experience in administrative support, executive assistance, client services, account coordination, project coordination, logistics, operations, sales support, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional customer service mindset.
- Ability to work independently, stay proactive, and follow through on commitments in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong accountability, resourcefulness, and comfort managing shifting deadlines and urgent requests.
- Experience supporting clients, executives, vendors, project teams, or cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

- Familiarity with logistics, shipping, freight coordination, inventory management, warehouse operations, or vendor coordination.
- Interest or experience in marketing, experiential branding, trade shows, event planning, field marketing, or brand activations.
- Experience working in an entrepreneurial, fast-moving environment where flexibility and initiative are important.
- Ability and willingness to support occasional travel, trade show activity, and time-sensitive client or shipment needs.
