Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a dependable and professional Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a growing team. This position is responsible for handling customer calls, scheduling appointments, coordinating with mobile examiners, and providing excellent customer support throughout the exam process.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer care.

Responsibilities:
Customer Service
Answer inbound calls from applicants, insurance agents, and clients
Make outbound calls to schedule and confirm appointments
Provide accurate information about services, appointment availability, and exam requirements
Respond to customer questions and concerns in a professional and timely manner

Scheduling & Coordination:
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm paramedical exam appointments
Coordinate appointments with mobile examiners and internal staff
Follow up on incomplete or pending cases
Keep customers updated on appointment status and next steps

Case Management:
Create and update customer information in the company system
Verify applicant details and service requirements
Track case progress from scheduling through completion
Escalate urgent or complex issues when needed

Administrative Support:
Maintain accurate records and data entry
Follow HIPAA and confidentiality guidelines
Assist with additional office or customer support tasks as needed

Qualifications:
Previous customer service, call center, or healthcare experience preferred
Strong communication and phone skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using CRM systems, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Professional attitude and dependable work ethic

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in healthcare, insurance, or paramedical services
Familiarity with VoIP phone systems or outbound calling
Experience scheduling appointments or handling follow-up calls
