Immediate need for an Administrative Assistant to support a busy law firm office. This role will be responsible for front office duties, including screening phone calls, greeting clients and vendors, maintaining conference rooms, video conference setups, providing general administrative and records support, and assisting with accounting-related tasks. The ideal candidate will have a legal administrative background, strong professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. We are seeking someone who is flexible, detail-oriented, and willing to support firm leadership and other team members as needed.
