One of our top clients in Mission Valley is actively seeking a professional and experienced Payroll Administrator to join their team! If you're detail-oriented and passionate about payroll accuracy and compliance, this could be your next great opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute bi-weekly payroll processing for the entire organization in accordance with internal policies and external regulations
Enter and update data in payroll software, including recurring earnings, deductions, bonuses, and paid time off balances
Review employee timecards to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies
Prepare payroll reports and authorization forms for timely management review and approval
Ensure all standard deductions and benefits are accurately calculated and applied
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred (not required)
Minimum of 4 years of experience processing payroll
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
