We are looking for a receptionist to work for a fantastic company in the Downtown Orlando area!
• Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
• Greet guests entering organization and direct to appropriate department
• Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
• Tidy and maintain the reception area
• Control inventory relevant to reception area
• Provide general administrative and clerical support
• Prepare correspondence and documents
• Receive and sort mail and deliveries
• Schedule/maintain appointments
• Organize conference and meeting room bookings
• Monitor and maintain office equipment
