Training schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, M-F
Work schedule following training: Must be available 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, M-F
Pay rate: $14.00/hour
Responsibilites include responding to routine inquiries and complaints from internal and external customers regarding financial products related to their Mortgage.
• Researching and resolving routine to moderately complex problems and inquiries
• Handling all customer inquiries regarding their mortgage from complex to simple payments
• Cross-sell or refer products
• Account maintenance
• Report generation
• Special projects
