Do you have 2+ years experience in a coordinating role? Do you have exceptional customer service skills and can communicate thoroughly with all departments, speak with customers in person, over the phone or by email and update status of their machines that are in for service or waiting for parts. Check in and write up machines that arrive for service
" Service the customer
" Coordinate/Schedule technicians shop and field repairs
" Manage PM list and schedule with customers accordingly
" Estimate and quote shop and field work with customers
" Track Full Service accounts, schedule and track parts usage
" Review and invoice completed work orders
" Check in and write up machines dropped off for service as needed
" Track service parts orders from the factory and notify the customer for any delays or updates
" Unload and inspect new machines delivered from the factory as needed
" Assist and communicate closely with the Service Technician and Territory Rep
" Communicate and work closely with all departments within the company
" Attend and successfully complete training classes to maintain a high level of technical skill and knowledge.
" Place parts orders for service dept. and customers
" Receive and inspect all parts shipments.
" Stock parts on warehouse shelf.
" Assist service and parts departments with parts inventory control.
" Be a liaison for web site leads
" Process all rental paperwork
" Process credit card transactions
QUALIFICATIONS: This position requires a person that is highly self motivated, organized, with excellent time management skills and the ability to multi task. Requires excellent phone and communication skills and the need to respond with urgency to customer requests. Must have a broad knowledge across all product lines. A thorough knowledge of Excel, Power-Point, Word, Outlook and the NDS programs.
