An established Insurance Agency is ready to add a bilingual Japanese customer service professional to their team ASAP! No prior industry experience needed. Please just bring your positive attitude and desire to learn.
In this role, duties will consist of all aspects of daily account support operations including but not limited to preparing applications, quotes, certificate of insurance, renewals, endorsement requests, policy checks, filing, downloading policies, data entry and general customer support.
Willing to train motivated candidates with Japanese language skills!
