Fun and casual work environment In this role, you will provide support to the Call Center Manager and team in the following ways: - Check calls to ensure they meet quality standards - Provide training support for 50 Call Center Representatives - Monitor staff activities - Assist in new hire on boarding - Prepare and Analyze Call Center Statistical Reports - Call Coaching Requirements include - Minimum 2 years work experience in a call center environment working as a customer service representative or outbound telesales representative. - Previous experience working with call center scripts, understanding call center processes, technology and standard procedures - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Approachable to staff - Attention to detail Interested Please send resume for immediate review
