We are seeking Patient Service Representatives for a major hospital in the Los Angeles area. Individuals should come with previous medical experience, and able to perform the following duties: answer telephone calls, schedule patients, authorize insurance, schedule for surgeries, and ancillary services, perform patient check out and reschedule of follow-up appointments, Education: HS (GED) graduate required or Two (2) years of college preferred, Prior experience with Epic Software, or similar software is highly preferred.
