We are seeking 100 Remote Sr. Medicaid Representatives for a temp-to-hire customer support opportunity assisting callers with Medicaid, Marketplace, eligibility, enrollment, and healthcare coverage questions in Vermont. This Senior Customer Service Representative role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, call center experience, and the ability to manage detailed customer interactions in a fast-paced remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer service calls related to Medicaid, Marketplace plans, health insurance enrollment, eligibility, coverage changes, and financial assistance.
- Assist callers with healthcare coverage questions, benefit inquiries, account updates, and next steps in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Accurately document customer interactions, case details, and updates while navigating multiple systems.
- Provide clear explanations of processes, requirements, timelines, and available options to help callers resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain confidentiality, service quality, attendance, productivity, and professionalism in a structured remote call center environment.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $17.00 per hour.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Work arrangement: Remote, work from home.
- Remote eligibility: Contiguous U.S. only.
- Training schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM ET.
- Training requirements: 100% attendance is required during training and residency.
- Cameras must remain on throughout training.
- No pre-scheduled appointments are permitted during training or residency.
- Residency and nesting attendance: 100% attendance is expected.
- Phase One Skillset: 15 days.
- Phase Two Skillset: 5 days.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Must be able to work Eastern Time Zone Hours.
- Support inbound customer service calls for Medicaid, Marketplace, eligibility, enrollment, and healthcare coverage inquiries.
- Document customer interactions accurately while managing multiple systems.
- Assist callers with coverage changes, financial assistance questions, and benefit-related inquiries.
- Maintain professional service standards in a remote call center environment.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1 to 3 years of customer service experience required.
- Strong verbal communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to navigate multiple systems while speaking with customers.
- Comfortable working in a structured remote training and call center environment.
- Must provide a Windows or Mac computer.
- Chromebooks are not permitted.
- Must provide a webcam.
- Must provide a wired USB headset with microphone.
- Must have a wired Ethernet internet connection.
- Must be able to meet attendance, confidentiality, quality, and productivity expectations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous call center experience.
- Prior experience supporting Medicaid, Marketplace, health insurance, healthcare, or benefits-related customer service.
- Remote work from home experience with strong self-management and reliability.
- Experience handling high-volume inbound calls while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
