Short Description:

Responsible for managing workflows about the planning and execution of marketing promotions following cost, quality, and quantity specifications.

Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Develop or implement project tracking and quality control systems, analyze work products, conducting quality control to ensure high-quality work products.
  • Diplomatically facilitate communication among project partners, including copywriters, design, video, promotions, and other marketing team members.
  • Excellent organizational, collaboration, negotiating, and communication skills.
  • Monitor processes, workflows, schedules, and upcoming marketing projects to make decisions regarding staffing requirements and assignments to complete tasks accurately and on time.
  • Participate in general planning and organization related to the production of marketing projects.
  • Prioritize project deliverables and function as a mediator between teams, including reminding teams of deadlines and escalating issues when needed.
  • Review operations and confer with staff to resolve production problems and improve workflows.
  • Set goals and deadlines for the marketing department.
