Short Description:

Responsible for coordinating contracts and proposals by collaborating with the sales and creative teams to provide accurate descriptions of how the company offers goods and services to generate new business.

Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Edit, standardize, or make changes to material prepared by other writers or team members.
  • Interview production and engineering personnel and read journals and other materials to become familiar with product details, functionality, and production methods.
  • Maintains records and files of work and revisions.
  • Organize proposal materials according to set standards regarding brand, order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology.
  • Select photographs, drawings, sketches, diagrams, and charts to illustrate the positive attributes and functionality of the product.
