Short Description:

Responsible for managing all digital platforms to enhance brand awareness, increase lead generation, and increase customer engagement.

Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and report analysis of the site and social traffic.
  • Create, maintain, and implement digital marketing and editorial calendars.
  • Establish and monitor Return on Investment (ROI) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
  • Maintain effective, cohesive, and engaging brand messaging.
  • Manage day-to-day messaging, posts, etc.
  • Oversee the company website (including images, tools, and content) and social media profiles.
  • Oversee management of all digital channels (including updates, design, and user experience).
  • Provide customer service by answering questions and concerns when necessary.
  • Update and manage the company’s digital presence via blog, e-newsletter, social media, etc.
