Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with high-value clients by providing personalized financial guidance and tailored banking solutions
  • Conduct comprehensive financial reviews to assess client needs and recommend products such as investments, loans, and credit solutions
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, offering expertise in wealth management, retirement planning, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Collaborate with internal partners, including mortgage, investment, and business banking teams, to deliver holistic financial services
  • Manage a portfolio of affluent clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and proactive engagement with new opportunities
  • Monitor client accounts to identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities that align with their financial goals
  • Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
  • Support branch performance by meeting or exceeding sales, service, and referral goals
  • Resolve complex client inquiries and issues promptly while maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion
  • Represent the bank at community and networking events to strengthen client relationships and enhance brand reputation

Skills / Requirements / Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field required
  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in banking, financial advising, or relationship management, preferably with high-net-worth clients
  • Financial Expertise: In-depth knowledge of investment products, lending solutions, and financial planning principles
  • Licensing: FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses, and state insurance licenses preferred or required by some institutions
  • Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships through trust and proactive service
  • Sales Skills: Strong track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals in a consultative sales environment
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly
  • Compliance: Thorough understanding of banking regulations, KYC, AML, and ethical standards in financial advisory services
