Short Description:

A Client Services Coordinator is responsible for supporting client relationships by managing communications, scheduling meetings, and ensuring the timely delivery of services. They serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, helping to address inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain client satisfaction. The role involves coordinating project details, preparing reports, and assisting with account management tasks. Client Services Coordinators ensure that client needs are met efficiently and professionally. Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills are essential for success in this role.

Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate client onboarding, ensuring all documentation, system setup, and communications are completed accurately
  • Support account managers or sales teams by scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and following up on client requests
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, project progress, and service agreements in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products, services, and project milestones
  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns to strengthen client relationships
  • Prepare and distribute client correspondence, contracts, proposals, and performance updates
  • Assist in developing and improving client service processes and workflows to enhance efficiency
  • Track key account metrics and prepare reports for management on client engagement and retention
  • Help plan and coordinate client events, training sessions, or presentations as needed

Skills / Requirements / Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related field preferred
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in client services, customer support, or account coordination
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Customer Service: Demonstrated ability to build relationships and provide high-quality client support
  • Organization: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate client needs, resolve issues quickly, and maintain client satisfaction
  • Team Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
